Join me this Saturday, December 10th, at the annual Shop Jarvis Square event. More than 30 artists and artisan vendor booths will be located in multiple business venues that also offer food, beverages and gifts.
Plan to spend the day at the intersection of Jarvis and Greenview. Get your holiday shopping done at the annual artisans market, which will be taking place at multiple locations: Charmers Cafe, Poitin Stil, R Public House, Taste Food and Wine, Rogers Park Historical Society, Bick’s Pottery and McKaw Theater/Theater Above the Law.
Visit these and other local businesses to enjoy special day of discounts and special events. Cap off your day with great meals and beverages and make sure to get your Event Passport stamped at each of your stops for your chance to win prizes.
As part of this year’s Shop Jarvis Square event, the Jarvis Square businesses are collecting food donations for A Just Harvest, an organization committed to addressing the root causes of hunger and poverty – through community organizing and economic development projects – while continuing to meet people’s immediate need for food.
You can learn more about Saturday’s events at the Jarvis Square website. And save your receipts to get rebates by shopping at Jarvis Square and all over Rogers Park this holiday season. See details at the Rogers Park Business Alliance website.
