Is there a young, aspiring entrepreneur in your life? If so, bring him or her to the launch of a new sustainable business club for teens.
Dubbed the “Nat Cap” Club or “Natural Capitalists'” Club, the club will offer high school students an opportunity to explore entrepreneurship that is focused on sustainable, earth-friendly business ideas. Teens will interact with business leaders, environmentalists and community leaders with the goal ofdeveloping and launching their own business. The club is based on the Junior Achievement model.
Teens and their parent(s) or guardian(s) are encouraged to join us for an informational meeting on Thursday, February 21st, 6:30 p.m., at my 49th Ward Service Office, 7356 N. Greenview.
The Nat Cap Club is a creation of the 49th Ward Green Corps. Green Corps member and long-time environmental activist, Bob Oehmen has taken on this task as his Chicago Conservation Corps (C3) challenge.
Any questions? Call Bob Oehmen at 773-508-0252.
We hope you’ll share this invitation with the teens in your life.
