Join us for a low-cost fundraiser to raise money for a farmer’s market in the 49th Ward. TheGlenwood Sunday Market will launch next spring on Glenwood, near Morse.
Your ticket price includes tastings of organic, local, biodynamic wine, spirits, and beers. Food tastings will include crepes, cheeses, chocolates, tofu, gelato, and much more.
Enjoy local music by Tom Jones, Ron Scroggin, and Anita Chase (Half Mad Poet).
Observe live art demonstrations by Andrew De la Rosa, John Bambino, Annette Jackson, Henry Thompson, and Patricia Woods.

The event, hosted by Miss Sophia Sapphire, will include contests for dogs in the following categories:
Seeing double (Dog that looks most like its owner)
Best overall costume
Most original costume
Best stupid dog trick
Celebrity judges, including Billy R, Oprah’s dog groomer, and Anthony Mesok, owner of Bark Place in Rogers Park will choose the winner in each category.

You don’t want to enter your dog? No problem! Come and enjoy the afternoon for FREE!
Local pet related vendors will be on hand, as well as adoption agencies and pet photographers to take your family portrait with your dog. Lots of raffle prizes will be given away. So bring your dog and your friends!
