Join me Tuesday, August 5th, 6:30 p.m., for the sixth and final in a series of CONDO SMARTS WORKSHOPS sponsored by my office and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA). The workshop will be held at Sullivan High School, 6631 N. Bosworth (Room 141).
Tuesday’s meeting focuses on key issues individuals living in condominium associations should know about insurance and risk management, including their nature, process and cycle, other management tools available and legal requirements. Joel Davis, Regional Marketing Director, Community Association Underwriters of America, will walk you through all the requirements for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks and the best methods for insuring against those risks. You need not have attended the previous workshop to attend tonight’s session.
If you are driving, you may park in the lot at Albion and Bosworth. Enter either through the main school entrance on Bosworth or from the parking lot at the western doors (far left as you face the school).
I have been pleased to sponsor this six-part workshop series with ACTHA, so that the many condominium owners and associations in my ward could benefit from the organization’s expertise.
You are welcome to attend this course free of charge.

I look forward to seeing you Tuesday, August 5th, 6:30 p.m., at Sullivan High School, Room 141.
