The Neighborhood Assemblies in the 49th Ward’s historic Participatory Budgeting Project continue this week. This is your chance to learn more about Participatory Budgeting and the changes contemplated in next year’s voting process. You’ll also have an opportunity to sign up as a Community Representative so that you can have a hand in formulating next year’s proposed ward improvement projects.
Tonight’s Neighborhood Assembly (Monday, October 4th) is targeted for 49th Ward residents living west of Clark and south of Touhy and will take place at the New Field School, 1707 W. Morse (at Clark).
The Neighborhood Assembly on Wednesday, October 6th, is targeted for 49th Ward residents living east of Glenwood and south of Pratt and will take place at Loyola University’s Campion Hall, 6551 N. Sheridan (southeast corner of Loyola Ave. and Sheridan).
