Join me tomorrow (Tuesday, July 1st), 6:30 p.m., for the fifth in a series of CONDO SMARTS WORKSHOPSsponsored by my office and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA). The workshops are held on the first Tuesday of every month at Sullivan High School, 6631 N. Bosworth (Room 141).
Tuesday’s meeting focuses on the physical maintenance of the building, City codes and inspections, understanding the initial state of the building, and capital asset planning. Kami Farahmandpour, principal, Building Technology Consultants will guide you through all the requirements for maintaining the physical plant of your building. You need not have attended the previous workshop to attend tonight’s session.
If you are driving, you may park in the lot at Albion and Bosworth. Enter either through the main school entrance on Bosworth or from the parking lot at the western doors (far left as you face the school).
