Alderman Moore's "Satellite Service Office" to Conduct Autumn Tour

Dear Neighbor,

The 49th Ward Service Office takes to the streets again this fall with my "Satellite Service Office."  My staff and I will be out in the mornings to meet with you, take city service requests and assist you with any other matters of concern.

If you are reporting a city service need, very specific information is helpful.  If it's a burned out street light or a pothole, for example, please provide a specific address where it's located.  If it's an abandoned vehicle, we can remove it more quickly if you have the license plate number, color, make and model and even the VIN.  The exact address where the car is parked and notes on any damage to the vehicle are also important.
