Community Meeting on Proposed Zoning Change for Grupo Di Amici

Dear Neighbor,

I am writing to invite you to attend a meeting on a proposed zoning change for Grupo di Amici Restaurant, 1508 W. Jarvis.  The meeting will be held Monday, July 7th, 7:00 p.m., at my 49th Ward Service Office, 7356 N. Greenview (at Jarvis).

Lori Alderete and Phaedra Divras, Owners of Grupo Di Amici Restaurant, and their attorney, Margaret Meiser, will present a proposal to amend the zoning from B3-3 to C1-3, which would allow Grupo di Amici to apply for a license to serve alcohol after their kitchen closes.
