FREE Weekly Cooking and Nutrition Classes--Orientation

In this weekly, 6-session, hands-on "Cooking Matters" you'll:
- Learn how to make the most of your food resources
- Cook healthy, delicious food
- Discuss nutrition and meal planning
- Put your skills to the test at a local grocery store
- Try new recipes and make them at home with food you take home each week

Classes will run on Tuesdays, from Feb. 17 through Mar. 24 (12:30-2:30pm)*
