Condo Board and Owner Training

Dear Neighbors:

We are pleased to host a Free Condo Association and Board Training workshop next Wednsday, June 27 at 7pm at my 49th Ward Service Office, 7356 N. Greenview at Jarvis.

The training is provided by the Lakeside Community Development Corporation. The workshop is designed to help you have a better understanding of condominium association policies and procedures. It will give you practical guidance on dealing with more than 14 different issues each owner and association must address. This will be supported by a 200+ page manual.

The usual fee for these workshops is $25, however, we are pleased to be able to offer this one at no cost to you.
