It's a series of workshops for Rogers Park and Edgewater residents designed to increase awareness on how to live more environmentally-friendly while saving money.

Moore Named "Most Valuable Local Official" By The Nation Magazine

The Nation, the oldest continuously published weekly magazine in the U.S., came out last week with its annual "Most Valuable Progressives of 2008" awards, and I was honored to make the list as the "Most Valuable Local Official."

Mayor Daley to Cut Ribbon at New Firehouse

The celebration will take place this Saturday, January 10th, 10:00 a.m., at Engine Company 102, 7340 N. Clark (across from Touhy Park).
