Glenwood Sunday Market Wows Local Farmers!

The Glenwood Sunday Market launched its inaugural season on June 6 with well over 1000 attendees, and many happy farmers and vendors, who quickly sold out.  Clearly Rogers Park was "hungry" for a great Farmers' Market.  Visit the Market every Sunday through October 16, from 9am to 2pm, at Morse Avenue and Glenwood.

This Market is a dream come true for Barbara Moore, whom I proudly call call my wife.  She and a very dedicated board and over 100 volunteers  worked for 18 months to make this a "Market for All."  We send our heartfelt thanks to those volunteers, and to our fellow founding organizations, the Rogers Park Business Alliance, The Clark/Morse/Glenwood SSA #24, the Rogers Park Community Council, and our own 49th Ward Green Corps.
